West of East St. Louis

Wow! I had been waiting since about 1993, when I had first heard Tom Waits, to see him in concert. I could only get two tickets so my step-daughter, who is only six years old and is a big fan of TW, went into the Fabulous Fox Theater in St. Louis to see Tom perform….
